Our Story

About Minerva: Back in 1983, John Chadwick set up a computer company to provide the UK with pioneering IT Support Services based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Back then, the IT world comprised green screens and floppy disks and the business was largely focused on visiting customer sites and fixing their hardware.
Fast forward to today, however, and John is still at the helm, but he is now supported by a team of experts in IT support, software development, system development and customer service. Over the years, Minerva has also developed long-standing partnerships with leading software suppliers such as Microsoft, Sophos, iplicit and Connect Wise.
John’s vision was always about looking after the customer and providing excellent service, and our extensive list of longstanding clients proves that we deliver on that promise.
Today, Minerva is not only about fixing hardware, installing software, synchronising across platforms and dealing with data loss. The demand now is for technology as a strategic tool, and we have kept ahead of the curve by adding expertise in AI, software development and systems consultancy to our offer, ensuring that our clients, too, continue to stay one step ahead.

There are 35 of us, based in Hertfordshire, and we are here to help. Our team is made up of experienced technical IT Support technicians and developers, as well as dedicated account managers, and that’s just one of the many things that sets us apart from other outsourced IT Support companies.

Where we operate

We are based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, just north of London, and many of our clients are London and Hertfordshire-based. Increasingly, though, we are gaining more and more clients further afield across the UK, as well as a handful overseas.  Technological advancements in recent years mean that being local is no longer quite as crucial as it once was!
