Our Story
About Minerva: Back in 1983, John Chadwick set up a computer company to provide the UK with pioneering IT Support Services based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.
Fast forward to today, and John is still at the helm, supported by a team of experts in IT support, software development, system development and customer service.
John’s vision was always about looking after the customer and giving excellent service, and our extensive list of longstanding clients proves that we deliver on that promise.
Increasingly, though, it’s not just about fixing hardware, installing software, synchronising across platforms and dealing with data loss. The demand now is for technology as a strategic tool, and we’ve kept ahead of the curve by adding expertise in software development and systems consultancy to our offer, ensuring that our clients, too, stay one step ahead.

Our head office is in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, a few miles north of central London, but our clients range from those on our doorstep, to thousands of miles away, across the oceans. And wherever they work, we can work. Isn’t technology amazing?!

Minerva always seems to meet our deadlines on initiatives, works with us as if they are a part of the team, and makes my job much easier when managing the IT from the US.
Since 1999, Minerva has been able to provide robust IT solutions that truly fit our business model here at Sandy Brown. As our business has expanded over the years, our tailor made partnership coupled with their very friendly and professional delivery of service has enabled peace of mind in the way they support, maintain and develop our IT infrastructure.
Minerva has worked with us on a number of IT projects over the last 8 years – we have always found them to be very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to our queries.
Minerva initially supported us through the process of moving to a cloud based system. Frankly they made the transition simple, easy and didn’t require lots of my time. Our experience in moving over to Minerva has been excellent, Network issues are dealt with on the same day if possible and communication is great.
We have been using Minerva for many years, mainly to support our Pegasus Opera system. Recently we needed local support with a server migration, so they seemed like the logical choice, and I am so glad I chose them.
We have been working with Minerva since 2017, as our I.T. support and I.T. infrastructure partners. We have found the support team to be efficient, knowledgeable and proactive. The senior team are equally helpful in resolving the more complex issues, as well as providing invaluable advice, where necessary.
We have used Minerva UK for our IT requirements for many years now. They are reliable, trustworthy and efficient as well as being a very nice bunch of people. Would highly recommend them!
