Our Story
About Minerva: Back in 1983, John Chadwick set up a computer company to provide the UK with pioneering IT Support Services based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.
Fast forward to today, and John is still at the helm, supported by a team of experts in IT support, software development, system development and customer service.
John’s vision was always about looking after the customer and giving excellent service, and our extensive list of longstanding clients proves that we deliver on that promise.
Increasingly, though, it’s not just about fixing hardware, installing software, synchronising across platforms and dealing with data loss. The demand now is for technology as a strategic tool, and we’ve kept ahead of the curve by adding expertise in software development and systems consultancy to our offer, ensuring that our clients, too, stay one step ahead.

Our head office is in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, a few miles north of central London, but our clients range from those on our doorstep, to thousands of miles away, across the oceans. And wherever they work, we can work. Isn’t technology amazing?!
