Coronavirus update – Remote working
These are difficult times and we are sure that you are keeping
up to date with the ongoing situation resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
We would like to reassure you that the team at Minerva are
taking all of the appropriate measures to support the safety and wellbeing of
our staff and their families.
We have now made arrangements for all our employees to work from
home with full access to our systems. All members of staff are available
through the usual communication channels (phone/email/teams). Our office is
being manned by a skeleton staff of 1 person to maintain the necessary
operations of the business.
Rest assured our valued customers remain our priority and it is
very much business as usual here at Minerva. We have experienced a massive
increase in calls and emails due to the current situation, and we are hugely
grateful to you all for your patience and to our staff who are making an
exceptional effort in this difficult time.
