We wanted to update you with regards to the contingency measures Minerva has put in place to ensure that our customers are provided with an uninterrupted service.

What measures has
Minerva put in place?

We have made arrangements to allow our employees to work from
home should the need arise. Our employees will be available through the usual
communication channels should they need to work remotely (phone/email/Teams etc.)

Staff members are equipped to work from home with full
access to our key systems.  

Our office will continue to be staffed in line with current
Government advice.  

Meeting Precautions

We are continuing to conduct site visits, but as a
precaution we would recommend all non-essential visits and meetings be conducted
remotely (where possible).

We will continue to monitor this closely as this may change
in line with the latest Government advice.

Why have we taken
these steps?

By preparing our staff to work off-site, we can lower the potential
risk to our employees and customers.

What is the impact
for my company?

We believe there will be no impact on the services we
provide for the foreseeable future.

We will communicate with you if there are any changes to our
business contingency plans.
